Take a couple of minutes on this one, it's not a very long article at all, but pointed and blunt. It's an article -- not from "Mainstream Media" that can be easily dismissed by people who like to easily dismiss what contradicts what they wrongly believe -- from the conservative think tank Brookings Institution. They've done a meticulously detailed research study that shows how Trump's $110M Saudi "deal" is actually FAKE. In fact, they even call it specifically, "Fake news."
Not only was much of the "deal," they say, set up during Obama's presidency, but most of those things were only proposals, not anything for which there were or have yet even been contracts. This "deal" just puts those proposals into one neat package. No news jobs were created for American industry. You will recall that this is basically the exact same thing Trump falsely announced about his "deal" with a Japanese industrialist that turned out to have been negotiated during the Obama Administration, long before he came to office. Given that this "deal" was the one, supposedly-good thing to come from Trump's overseas curtsy muck-up, it makes the whole thing even more pathetic. You can read it here. As I said, it's pretty short -- after all, there isn't much to actually report on...
