Today's Piano Puzzler
This week's contestant is Daniel Swartz from Clark Summit, Pennsylvania. It's from the archives, and here's what I wrote the first time around: "Happily, I actually got the hidden composer this week. Happily, because I had more trouble with the hidden song. There's a long passage where it's clear Bruce Adolph is playing the hidden tune -- but for the life of me, I couldn't get it. And it's perfectly well-known. And Adolph explains afterwards, most of the song is well-hidden...though the contestant did guess it." This time, not remembering it from before, I was able to eventually pick out hidden song, during the one passage where it became clear to me -- and again got the composer style.
