I haven't had the heart to yet check out the full tweet storm that I read Trump has posted this morning. But I did come across one that flew past my Twitter feed. He wrote --
"Peoples lives are being shattered and destroyed by a mere allegation. Some are true and some are false. Some are old and some are new. There is no recovery for someone falsely accused - life and career are gone. Is there no such thing any longer as Due Process?" Hey, it's always nice to see a boss stand up for a staff member accused of beating his wife (sorry, two wives and a former girlfriend) and then had to resign. (Sorry, two staff members accused of beating his wife and then had to resign. But then, mind you, it's even nicer to recognized that some peoples' lives are being shattered and destroyed by being beaten and abused. And because no one will believe them. In fact, A LOT MORE peoples' lives are being shattered and destroyed that way. And of course, as one of the admitted abusers, Trump defend the abusers. And lest we forget, in his noble plea for such a thing as Due Process -- this is the very same man who once took out a full-page ad in the New York Times calling for the deaths of five young blacks for a crime they were later completely exonerated for.
