On this week’s ‘Not My Job’ segment of the socially-distanced NPR quiz show Wait, Wait…Don’t Tell Me!, the guest is Tituss Burgess, best known for his role in Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, for which he just received his fifth supporting actor nomination. But he’s also been extensively on Broadway, among things creating the role of ‘Sebastian the Crab’ in the musical The Little Mermaid. His interview with host Peter Sagal is brief, but personable – though most fun (and usually I don’t discuss the game part of an appearance) is how truly awful he is at the contest, even to the degree of ignoring host Sagal’s clear hints to help out.
Robert J. Elisberg is a political commentator, screenwriter, novelist, tech writer and also some other things that I just tend to keep forgetting.
