I thought I had the composer-style nailed here, but it's a different composer who often has much in common. The hidden song seemed so familiar at first, but I couldn't place it. Then (to me, at least) it becomes abundantly clear. At the end, pianist Bruce Adolphe explains and demonstrates what he did to hide the song at the beginning.
