Last night, I saw a bit of coverage of a New York Times interview with Trump that had just been published. And one of the points that got addressed was something that largely got glossed over, other than being bemused by it. It was when Trump told the paper's reporters that he's losing a lot of money as president.
Now, there are so many reactions to that, including a few bemused ones on air about how being president isn't supposed to be a money-making position. But the main reaction that got ignored but that leaps out to me is -- Wait, how do you know that?? How do you know how your business is doing??? I thought your business is being held in a blind trust by your children and that you aren't discussing it with them??!
