When Bad Stories Go Good: The Sequel

Following up on my tidbit yesterday about it being likely that Geoffrey Owens was being offered acting work as a result of "Fox News" trying to job shame him...comes this --

(Tyler Perry had seen the 'shamming" stories and sent out a tweet that Geoffrey Owens should contact him.  Owens hadn't seen the tweet, but a reporter interviewing him told him about it.  Clearly, they got in touch, and the job offer worked out.  The show is currently in its sixth season, and is the #1 drama on the OWN channel.)
