Wait, Wait...

On this week’s ‘Not My Job’ segment of the NPR quiz show Wait, Wait…Don’t Tell Me!, the contestant is philosopher and gender studies expert professor Judith Butler. Her conversation with host Peter Sagal covers her balance between being a total nerd and a goofball.  And as such, there’s a surprising amount laughs throughout.  In fact, her story about how she got interested in philosophy at an early age is low-key but very funny.

This is the full Wait, Wait… broadcast, but you can jump directly to the “Not My Job” segment, it starts at the 18:30 mark.
