Wait, Wait...

Recorded at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts, outside Washington, D.C., the guest contestant of this week’s ‘Not My Job’ segment of the NPR quiz show Wait, Wait…Don’t Tell Me!, is Dr. Anthony Fauci (yes, really), the former…oh, you know.  His conversation with host Peter Sagal is affectionate, low-key and funny, and periodically goes off into unorthodox directions – including a romance novel by Washington Post journalist Sally Quinn where she based the main character on him, and his love for basketball and trash talking President Obama (and Obama’s reply…).

This is the full Wait, Wait… broadcast, but you can jump directly to the “Not My Job” segment, it starts around the 17:45 mark.
