Let's Do Lunch

On this week’s Naked Lunch podcast, hosts Phil Rosenthal and David Wild welcome director, writer & former Rolling Stone journalist Cameron Crowe to discuss the release of "Tom Petty: Heartbreakers Beach Party," Crowe's long lost and now-expanded directorial debut that will be streaming on Paramount Plus. As Phil and David write, Kate Hudson -- who gave an Oscar-nominated performance as ‘Penny Lane’ in Crowe's autobiographical film Almost Famous, for which he won an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay – “makes a very special Lunch appearance to ask Cameron a question about the music in his movies. This episode will have you at ‘Hello’ with fantastic stories about Cameron's Jerry Maguire and Vanilla Sky leading man Tom Cruise, Sean Penn, Billy Wilder, Paul McCartney and so many more.”
