Holiday Fest 2025

And so we come to the end of our Holiday Fest for the season.  And on the last night of Hanukkah, it seems appropriate to have this very nice (and fairly lesser-known) song from Peter, Paul and Mary, written by Peter Yarrow.  There are two versions of this from their PBS concerts, the first coming on their 25th anniversary concert.  But I like this one that they did on their holiday special.  Sometimes on the holidays, schmaltzy works...

On the last night of Hanukkah, it seems appropriate to have this very nice (and fairly lesser-known) song from Peter, Paul and Mary, written by Peter Yarrow.  There are two versions of this from their PBS concerts, the first coming on their 25th anniversary concert, and then later performing an especially festive version with children for a holiday special.  I've played the latter for the past several years, so I thought it was time to check back with the original and let the song stand out front-and-center.
