As we hit the night before Christmas, here for the Holiday Fest are two off-kilter but fun versions of "The Night Before Christmas. This first is a wonderful 2008 sketch from Saturday Night Live with John Malkovich reading the poem to a bunch of kids.
And next, here is a recording that definitely qualifies for the Holiday Fest as little-known -- and is wonderful if your taste runs to offbeat. From 1954, this is Art Carney with his beat version of "'Twas The Night Before Christmas."
