Today's Piano Puzzler

We have a new one this week.  The contestant is Cindy Spangler from St. Paul, Minnesota.  I’m annoyed because I could easily hear the hidden song, but just couldn’t name it and knew I should have.  And I should have – which I got on the second playing of it.  And I had what I thought was a good guess on the composer style, but it turns out I wasn’t close.
