And yes, I know.  When you're going around singing songs about Congress, there is one that you simply have to include in your repertoire.  Or I think you're kicked out.  The granddaddy of them all -- 1776, by Sherman Edwards.

Here's William Daniels as the "obnoxious and disliked" John Adams getting frustrated by the inaction of the Continental Congress.  Happily, this story takes place 237 years ago, so something like that happening is long-since in the past...
