Moving Van

I suspect a lot of websites are posting this today.



I mentioned how the Hugh Jackman "hopping" opening to the Tony Awards was based on the classic scene with Bobby Van from the movie Small Town Girl.  Here's that full scene.



I counted four well-done cuts in it, but the scene remains joyously impressive.  I'm sure that the cuts were done just just for the sake of exhaustion, but also the logistics of camera movement and crowd set-up.
