On this week's Al Franken Podcast, his guest - back for his third appearance -- is Andy Slavitt, former Acting Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in the Obama Administration.  As Franken writes, Slavitt was "one of the earliest and most outspoken critics of Trump's mishandling of the pandemic" and he "reviews its tragic consequences and where we go from here."
