Yes, There is a Doctor in the House
We're going to take a respite from Trump's incompetent, unnecessary debacle, and go with a masterpiece. I saw a brief excerpt of this on TV, and some of you may have, as well, but that didn't do the whole thing justice. It's just five minutes, but you want it to go on and on.
This video of Rep. Kim Schrier questioning Robert Kennedy Jr. at a House hearing is brilliant. Making the incompetent Kennedy look deservedly lost and clueless, done with polite, low-key, brutal precision.
When I looked up Rep. Schrier, at first I thought she represented Maryland, because after her name it said "MD." Then I laughed because I realized, no, it actually meant that she was a doctor! In fact, a pediatrician. Which makes her questioning all the more powerful. She represents Washington State. They're lucky.
