This is sort of remarkable.  Not just that Biden was 35-years-old at the time, but what the person posting this omits as the lede is that he was a U.S. Senator at the time. He chased two robbers, jumped three fences and got the woman's purse back.  

Mind you, Trump did say he'd run into a school where there was gunfire.  Though likely his bone spurs would prohibit that.
