Today's Piano Puzzler

This week's contestant is Betty Secree from Kensington, Maryland.  The hidden song should be very easy to guess, which I got within a few bars.  Though surprisingly the contestant didn't guess it right off and needed some hints.  As for the composer style, it's one that could have been between a few, and...well, I didn't get it.  Though Ms. Secree picked it out immediately.
