This is probably one of the most famous sketches from the classic TV series, Your Show of Shows.  It's the take-off on the then-hugely popular program, This is Your Life, which they called "This is Your Story."  It stars Carl Reiner as the genial host, surprising bewildered Sid Caesar with people from his past.

You may have seen it, though probably not for a while.  But if you haven't, it's a joy even if you don't know the show it's making fun of.
