The Video

I knew a video of it had to exist.
This is a recording of Linda Ronstadt's comments to Mike Pompeo that I wrote about here yesterday, at the ceremony where she received the Kennedy Center Honor.
The reports from the event weren't completely accurate. It's not at a dais, and Mr. Pompeo is not standing there near her. But the rest is spot-on, including her words, which are a little difficult to hear but are -- "I’d like to say to Mr. Pompeo, who wonders when he’ll be loved, it’s when he stops enabling Donald Trump."
And the reaction by those in attendance is as reported.
I can’t wait for the audience reaction for her at the gala performance. It will be this coming Sunday, December 15 on CBS at 8 PM.
