The Daily Stewart This Week

If you didn't see Jon Stewart's Monday hosting of The Daily Show, his Main Story was on Trump "winning" the "FIFA peace prize" and his administration apparent push to start a war against Venezuela.  The report is extremely pointed, very funny, and includes an absolutely wonderful comparison to the Bush administration push to start a war against Iraq.

As a bonus, this is Jon Stewart's interview on Monday with Mala Yousafzai, the youngest person to win an actual Nobel Peace Prize.  I'm including it because it's the best interview with her that I've ever seen.  Most of her interviews deal with her as a very serious, impressive icon.  They do deal with social issues and politics, but mostly it's about her new book, and she talks about her life and efforts to fully round-out her personality as she has grown up from the 16-year-old prize winner to wanting to go to college and have a "normal experience" and make friends, to dating and recently getting married.  It's thoughtful, charming, unexpected and often, very funny.  Most especially when talking about all the clubs she joined in college, as well as her first crush -- but on a range of areas, as well.  (Including what she has the hardest time dealing with:  high expectations from others, social media criticism or her mother.)  It's really terrific.
