My friend Ed Bott, the quite wonderful tech writer for ZDNet here, wrote a little quip the other day about the over-abundance of technology that we all carry around with us these days, noting -- "I have an appointment in 15 minutes. I know that because SIX devices just told me so."

The really good news, though, as I explained to him is that with more than three devices, people now qualify for the NSA "frequent user" program, and they'll remind you, too.
