There was a head-banging tweet just sent out an hour ago from Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT), who I quite like. It's sort of a cross between stunning, sick and hilarious.
Rather than quote it here, I figured it best to take a screen shot and post it, since people might not believe me otherwise, even if I swore on a stack of Bibles and had the Pope and Rabbi Jack Moline verify my words.

The best response to Sen. Murphy's tweet came from another of his fellow officials in the senate, Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA), of all people. He simply posted a 3-second GIF of one of the characters from The Office, the world-weary Stanley making a... -- well, here, let me post it, too. I haven't figured out how to embed the actual tweet from Sen. Casey and include the GIF, but here's the video itself.
