Last Week Tonight the Other Night

If you didn't see Last Week Tonight with John Oliver on Sunday, the Main Story was about bail reform.  It's was extremely interesting, often very funny, but also makes very clear what the point of bail reform is and how bail has long been abused, putting people -- who have not yet been convicted of anything (and are therefore legally innocent) in jail because they cannot afford to pay the bail, sometimes for longer periods of time than the sentence if they were found guilty.
