Last Week Tonight Again, Another Night Later
As I noted yesterday, usually it's only the Main Story that's made available online from Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. And I was especially sorry about that this week, since the news segment was particularly good and often very funny -- particularly a story about Gabrielle Hanson, an extreme-right MAGA candidate running for mayor in Tennessee. But happily, as I noted, this got written about and the video of the entire segment embedded into the article, so I was able to download it.
And so, a rarity -- the opening news segment from the show. And it's all really very enjoyable. But especially for the story on Gabrielle Hanson. Don't worry, if you blink you won't miss it. After 25 seconds on other things, it's pretty much the rest of the video.
