Saturday Night Live hasn't done it often, but on a rare occasion they've done "alternate endings" of famous films, for their "Classic Cinema" segment.  They've often been pretty good, most notably lost-endings for It's a Wonderful Life and Citizen Kane.

They had a new one this week -- a lost, alternate ending never used for Casablanca.  And it fit in well with the others, very well done and pretty funny.  It starred J.K. Simmons as 'Rick' and Kate McKinna as a terrific "Ilsa."  All introduced by your host, Kenan Thompson.
