Fa La La...

O huzzah!  A Christmas Carol 2: The Return of Scrooge hit #50 on Amazon's bestseller list for Humor/Parody.  In some circles, this is considered the equivalent of being on the New York Times bestseller list.  Yes, I know that those circles are very small and not well-regarded, but it doesn't mean they don't exist.

More to the point, it's right in front of books by Erma Bombeck and Dave Barry.   And you have to admit, that is really impressive.  I don't mean for me, I mean for Ms. Bombeck considering that she died 17 years ago.  But Dave Barry is still around, and seeing him on the same line as me, he's probably turning around in Erma Bombeck's grave. 

No matter, I suspect they'll be there a loooong time after mine leaves, but for now it's nice company...
