Being Frank

This is a short video, but a noteworthy one -- that's because it's a video about happiness that did not come to me from the maven of happiness, Valerie Alexander and her Speak Happiness website.  No, no, I stumbled across it without outside happiness assistance.

The video has been around for about a year, so maybe you happily have seen it.  It tells the tail (pun intended...) of a dachshund puppy named Frank, who was deaf and had been maltreated before being adopted.  The new owner, Rafael Borges, said that Frank had been just seven pounds when found, kept outside in a small area, and had untreated infections.  Shadows made Frank nervous, and "his only friend was a torn blanket," the owner said.

Five months after adoption, we come to this video, which was taken a year-and-a-half ago.  Frank is now three.
