Bad Lip Reading Returns: Super Bowl Edition

Feb 6, 2016

So, have you ever wondered what professional football players say on the field, when the microphone can't pick it up?

With the Super Bowl coming this weekend, the "Bad Lip Reading" folks are back to fill us in with the answer.  If you don't know about "Bad Lip Reading," the take actual footage of events and dub in their own lip-synced version of what they think maybe might be said.

They've had several political-related videos which I particularly like because of the context.  But what works so well in this video is that unlike national politicians, we really don't tend to know what most of these football players actually sound like, so it's more believable.  As good as their impersonating voices are with politicians it's clear it's not the real people.  With this football video, that doesn't exist, even with some of the familiar players.

This is Part One.  (Part Two hasn't been released yet.)
