Mark Evanier has this posted on his website, and I wholeheartedly agree with his comments.
I’ve only watched 15 minutes of this (it runs an hour-and-a-half), but it is tears-from-the-eyes hilarious so far. It’s a 90-minute election special for Hulu done by Triumph the Insult Comic Dog. I’m not a big fan of the Triumph character, but this is just laugh-out-loud wonderful, and fearless. At one point, he very politely asks John Kasich how he would judge the tone of his campaign, “Unrealistic or delusional?” At another point, he tells NBC's Chuck Todd what a great job he did at the debate, and Todd says he was really just a prop, to which Triumph replies, “Yes, but it was much better than usual” – and Todd fights from bursting into laughter. He asks a reporter for YouTube, "What are the qualifications for being a YouTube reporter, other than being rejected by everyone else?" (To the person's credit, he breaks up.) Don't worry, I'm not giving away most of the humor. There’s a lot more (cracking up Martin O’Malley, talking with DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz, handlers for Bernie Sanders, and the DNC finance chairman and lots more), and this is just in the first 15 minutes. I don’t know if it holds up the whole time, but Marks says that it does, and I'm inclined to believe him.. At the very least, just watch the first three minutes. If you like it (and you will), you’ll probably watch more. It doesn’t have to be all at once – as I said, I stopped for the moment after 15 minutes. It's crude in parts, so this isn't for the dainty. And though that isn't my kind of humor, this is so brash, unabashed, and simply funny in general that it all fits as a whole. You can check it out here.
