A Bit More of Fry and Laurie
Here's another wonderful sketch with Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie (far before his House days) from their series A Bit of Fry and Laurie. In this, Stephen Fry largely has the lead, as a group of European ambassadors try to hammer out the Treaty of Westphalia. (Laurie plays the representative of France.)
By the way, if you ever watch The Graham Norton Show on BBC America (an inconsistent but generally very entertaining and funny spin on talk shows), Stephen Fry is a guest on tonight's Saturday episode, which airs at 10 PM on the West Coast (and I assume in the East). Other guests include Robert Downey Jr., and Robert Duvall. If you haven't seen the show, all the guest are introduced at the beginning and remain on the couch together throughout the program.
But enough of the present, let's jump back to the past about the distant past...
