When Jolly Isn't
I was watching Deadline White House yesterday on MSNBC. At one point, host Nicolle Wallace turned to David Jolly, a former Republican Congressman from Florida, who has since left party, and she asked him, "What just happened to the Republican Party?"
I was expecting a good answer because Jolly has turned into a very good analyst. But I was expecting an answer this good. His opening words have gotten repeated a lot on Twitter, but what I pointed out to those posting this first few words is that thanks to the limitations of Twitter, that wasn't all he said, that it went on much longer. Happily, Deadline White House posted the full thing.
