Donald Trump sent out a string of tweets, whining about how "rude" the cast of Hamilton was to VP-elect Mike Pence. Actually, video is available, and it's eminently clear that the cast was extremely polite -- welcoming Pence in a speech, though pointedly explaining why their diverse cast is alarmed and hoping the incoming Administration will listen to everyone.
Some in the audience, though, did boo. Forgetting Trump's lie for a moment -- and forgetting too that the President-elect is tweeting so much (and one tweet a week is probably too many), if he can't take his VP-elect being simply booed (not even a single crazed shout of "Lock him up! Lock him up!"), then he's in for an EXTREMELY LONG four years. But then, so are we all.
Of course, there's something whimsical about a man who insulted Mexican, Muslims, women, the disabled, Gold Star Families, his opponent, and more -- and is whining about people being "rude" to his poor VP-elect.
