When I posted the clip the other day of Hugh Laurie and Stephen Fry, I was hoping to use my favorite sketch of theirs that concerned William Shakespeare. But I couldn't find it. It turns out that there's a very good reason -- it's not with Laurie and Fry. It's with Laurie and Rowan Atkinson. (Not a shabby pairing either...) Yes, that would make a difference. But I did track that down, happily.
This version is from Comic Relief (the British version, it seems likely, not the one done in the U.S. on Comedy Central). I'm also pretty certain it's a re-creation from having done it first on some TV programme, from whence -- I think -- I saw it, since I don't recall a live audience. But then, I first thought it was Fry and Laurie, so what do I know..?
