Yes, it's The Writers Workbench time, that merry time of the month when I have my monthly tech review column, written for the Writers Guild of America and then cross-published on the Huffington Post in a very slightly-edited format (largely without the TWW Notes at the end).
As I say each month, it's too convoluted a process to re-format the article and all the graphics for this website, so since it already exists, I'll just post a link to it here.
What's covered this month are a couple of "alternate" tablets. One an Android tablet that's a bit different from the competition -- partly in its design, and partly its massively long battery life, and the other a mini-Windows 8" tablet.
