A man in Connecticut bought a desk on Craigslist for $200. He discovered behind a drawer that there was a bag with $98,000.
And you thought there were no good deals out there.
This video tells the story wonderfully, including footage the man (a rabbi) took of the call he made to the woman he'd bought the desk from, to return the cash. (Hey, he's a rabbi. You think he was going to keep it?!!)
There are two thing this news video leaves out. One, that the rabbi took his entirely family of four children to the woman's house so that they could grasp the full concept and mean of being honest. And also, the woman refunded the cost of the desk and gave the rabbi a reward.
